"The only thing negative is the management company NOVASOL their customers skills and handling and methods are suitable only to deal with wild animals, they are rude, very unhelpful, petty and unprofessional, got booking envolved and filed a complaint for false advertisement, I was called a lier and when I provided evidence both to NOVASOL and booking they stopped replying !!! Having said that, the homeowner was totally the opposite, he was polite, very helpful and professional and literally saved our holiday Booking.com, I am also still waiting for your support regarding this complaint..... . NOVASOL, are liers and I hope you go bust!!!"
